July was a massive quarter for regulatory wins, RWAs, and the broader crypto industry. Hong Kong passed its Stablecoin Bill, the U.S. signed the GENIUS Act, and countries like El Salvador, Argentina, the UAE, and the Central African Republic opened sandboxes dedicated to tokenization. At the same time, Fortune 500 companies (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, PayPal) announced or tested stablecoin infra, while TradFi giants such as VanEck (vBILL), WisdomTree (USDW), and Figure (tokenized HELOCs) entered the market, targeting different asset categories each. Yet crypto, at $3.7 trillion, is still a fraction of global finance. BlackRock alone manages more than three times the size of our industry. With this perspective, the upside for Plume is immense. Although I consider the mainnet launch a success, with $367 million of TVL after two months, the margin for growth is orders of magnitude bigger. Cash-flow generating assets or businesses are being brought onchain to leverage DeFi's strengths and open up tons of new use cases. To wrap up, the sector is finally getting what it needed: clearer regulations. There is still a long way to go, but the favorable macro situation, paired with new entrants of companies, institutions, and governments, is making things quite bullish for everyone involved in the tokenization space, particularly Plume.

The TREE/USDT 1H chart is clearly bearish. Price sits well below all major EMAs. The 5-EMA is under the 20-EMA, and both are far below the 100-EMA. Sellers are in control. A Fibonacci retracement from the recent swing high ($0.44) marks key levels. The 61.8% retrace is near $0.79 and the 78.6% near $0.63. Price is now near the bottom end, so those fib levels act as strong resistance if a bounce comes. Volume confirmed the drop. Big red candles came with high volume on the way down. Recent green candles had much weaker volume, hinting at a lack of buying strength. The MACD on 1H is bearish. The MACD line is below its signal line with no crossover, so momentum remains down. We don’t see a clear head-and-shoulders pattern. The move was a straight sell-off, not a structured top. If anything, a double-bottom could form around the $0.44 area if bulls defend it. But for now the structure is simply down. Bias: Bearish. Next likely move is a test of the $0.44 support zone. If that level breaks on heavy selling, look for price to drop toward $0.42 or the recent lows. If $0.44 holds, any bounce should face resistance at minor levels around $0.48–$0.50 and then the fib zones near $0.63 and $0.79. Trade strategy: Play the clear levels. If TREE breaks below $0.44 on volume, shorting toward $0.42 makes sense. Use a stop just above $0.48. On the flip side, if $0.44 holds and price clears $0.50 with good volume, a quick long could be taken up to ~$0.63 (the 78.6% fib), with a tight stop under $0.44. Keep it simple. The trend is down until we see a solid reversal. Only a high-volume break above $0.50–$0.63 would flip the outlook.
