Official sources stated that the Web3 game Layer2 COMBO fully supports the development of cross-chain games. The first cross-chain game on the chain, ForgeHeroes, has received support from the COMBO ecosystem fund for development and is set to launch on the COMBO mainnet in April.

ForgeHeroes is a groundbreaking large-scale MMORPG game that integrates various modes such as PvP, PvE, and mining to create a unique cross-chain gaming experience. In the game, players take on roles as heroes from myths, prophecies, and legends of various countries to collectively combat dark forces and embark on an epic adventure across time and space.

In previous news, it was announced that in June 2023 COMBO launched an $80 million ecosystem fund to provide full-stack solutions for Web3 game development, deployment, and operation in terms of technology, funding, community support marketing liquidity expert advisors.
