Tether Establishes AI Unit and Launches Recruitment Drive

Tether, the issuer of the world's largest stablecoin, has announced the establishment of a new unit focused on artificial intelligence (AI). The unit will develop open-source AI models and collaborate with other firms to integrate them into products that address real-world challenges. Tether is seeking a head of AI research and development as well as an AI engineer to fill roles in the new unit. The company's CEO, Paolo Ardoino, stated that the division will "redefine AI boundaries and democratize privacy-preserving open AI technology."
