Launchpool Terms of Use

I. Your Acceptance and Consent of the Launchpool Terms of Use

1. By accessing and/or using the Launchpool services, you acknowledge that you have read and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Launchpool services terms (“Launchpool Terms”), as updated and amended from time to time without prior notice.

2. You should read these Launchpool Terms carefully. You acknowledge that you have also read and understood any additional documents or terms referred to or incorporated into these Launchpool Terms. If you do not understand and accept these Launchpool Terms in their entirety, you should not use the Launchpool Services (as defined below).

3. These Launchpool Terms govern your access to and use of the services identified as “Launchpool” on the Platform and any ancillary services made available by Bitget in accordance with these Launchpool Terms (“Launchpool Service”).

4. These Launchpool Terms are supplemental to and shall be read together with our Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) and the specific terms and conditions set out on the Launchpool page in respect of the relevant Launchpool offers (the “Launchpool Offer Terms”). All terms and clauses contained in the Terms of Use (except to the extent expressly modified herein) are incorporated by reference and have the same force and effect as if set forth in their entirety herein. These Launchpool Terms constitute Product Terms. References in the Terms of Use to the Services shall include references to the Launchpool Service. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms, the order of precedence shall be as follows: the Launchpool Offer Terms, the Launchpool Terms and then the Terms of Use.

5. By accepting these Launchpool Terms, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably (i) confirm that you understand and accept any and all associated risks with your participation in the Launchpool Service; and (ii) explicitly consent to Bitget or its Affiliates using your Digital Assets as described in these Launchpool Terms and the Risk Disclosure.

II. Definitions

1. In these Launchpool Terms, unless context otherwise requires, all capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Terms of Use.

2. Unless context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings respectively ascribed to them:

Launchpool Assets means the Digital Assets a user locks to participate in a Launchpool Offer.

Launchpool Page means https://www.bitget.com/events/launchpool or the Launchpool page in Bitget’s mobile app.

Launchpool Period means the period during which users can participate in a Launchpool Offer by locking Launchpool Assets.

Launchpool Offer means an offer made by Bitget where you will receive Launchpool Tokens in return for locking Launchpool Assets with Bitget during the Launchpool Period in accordance with these Launchpool Terms and the Launchpool Offer Terms (if any).

Launchpool Tokens means Digital Assets that are available for allocation to users that participate in a Launchpool Offer by locking Launchpool Assets during the relevant Launchpool Period.

Spot Account means the Account that a user uses for spot transactions.

Total Pool Launchpool Assets means the total amount of Launchpool Assets that are locked by users participating in a specific Launchpool Offer.

III. Eligibility

1. Eligible users can participate in Launchpool Offers. Participation requirements include compliance with our Know Your Customer (“KYC”) procedures and not being located in restricted countries or regions. Different Launchpool Offers may have additional eligibility requirements.

IV. Launchpool Tokens

1. The amount of Launchpool Tokens available for each Launchpool Offer may vary, and hence the amount of which you will receive will generally be calculated with reference to your total locked Launchpool Assets as a percentage of the Total Pool Launchpool Assets. Once locked, your hourly yield will be automatically calculated. Bitget may at its sole and absolute discretion imposes upper limits to the amount of hourly allocated Launchpool Tokens, as stated on the Launchpool Page.

2. By locking your Launchpool Assets in accordance with a Launchpool Offer, you will accrue Launchpool Tokens in accordance with the Launchpool Offer Terms and these Launchpool Terms. Your total accrued allocation of Launchpool Tokens will be updated every hour or at such other frequency as may be specified in the relevant Launchpool Offer. You may claim your accrued Launchpool Tokens at any time after they have been accrued. Upon claiming, Launchpool Tokens will be transferred immediately to your Spot Account.

3. Launchpool Assets can only be locked in one Launchpool Offer at a time, but you can divide your holdings across multiple Launchpool Offers.

4. Launchpool Assets locked in each Launchpool Offer and any unclaimed Launchpool Tokens allocated to you in connection with a Launchpool Offer will be automatically unlocked and transferred to your Spot Account at the end of the relevant Launchpool Period.

5. Launchpool Tokens are rounded down to a number of decimal places determined by Bitget in its sole discretion, which may vary for different Launchpool Tokens.

6. You will generally be able to unlock your Launchpool Assets at any time with no delay, following which your Digital Assets will be available for other purposes including participating in any other available Launchpool Offers.

7. However, there may be a delay in unlocking your Launchpool Assets in some circumstances, including but not limited to events of extreme market volatility, network delays, validator or protocol failure, a significant number of simultaneous instructions to unlock Launchpool Assets from other users, or other unanticipated events.

8. The timing of token listings may vary based on the project and market conditions, with specifics typically announced in advance.

V. How to Participate in Launchpool

1. You can earn Launchpool Tokens by participating in a Launchpool Offer and locking your Launchpool Assets with Bitget temporarily. Neither Bitget nor any other persons will be able to use, stake, invest or otherwise manage your Launchpool Assets when you participate in a Launchpool Offer. Your Launchpool Assets will be locked with Bitget for the sole purpose of calculating your relevant allocation of Launchpool Tokens. Neither your Launchpool Assets nor the Launchpool Tokens will be pooled with the Digital Assets belonging to other users of the Platform.

2. We may at our sole and absolute discretion specify a minimum or maximum amount of Launchpool Assets required to participate in a Launchpool Offer. In addition, Bitget may, at its sole and absolute discretion, vary the types of supported Launchpool Assets from time to time.

3. Before you participate in a Launchpool Offer, you must confirm the Launchpool Offer you wish to participate in and specify the amount of Launchpool Assets you will use to participate.
