Vstablecoins are stablecoins issued by Velo, and currently, there is only VUSD, a USD-pegged Vstablecoin, in circulation. Meanwhile, VELO is the pillar in the Velo ecosystem. It is used as collateral to mint VUSD, governance rights, as well as access to other perks and benefits such as trading fee discounts.
