Investors turn cautious ahead of Federal Reserve meeting minutes, US dollar declines
ChainCatcher News, according to Golden Ten Data, Tickmill Group analyst Joseph Dahrieh stated in a report that the US dollar declined as investors adopted a cautious stance ahead of the Federal Reserve's release of its latest meeting minutes. He noted that the market is seeking clearer signals from the minutes regarding the Fed's policy trajectory for 2026. Currently, with weaker year-end liquidity, price movements may be amplified. If the minutes clearly indicate a further rate cut in 2026, this could put pressure on the US dollar and US Treasury yields.

US-listed company Cypherpunk invests $29 million to increase its holdings by 56,418.09 ZEC tokens
Foresight News reported that Nasdaq-listed privacy technology company Cypherpunk announced it has spent $29 million to acquire an additional 56,418.09 ZEC tokens at an average purchase price of $514.02. As of now, the company's total ZEC holdings have reached 290,062.67 tokens, accounting for approximately 1.76% of the current circulating supply of ZEC. Cypherpunk CEO Will McEvoy stated that the company's goal is to increase its ZEC holdings to 5% of the circulating supply.

DeBot: Security Incident Compensation has been fully distributed, with losses estimated at around $250,000
BlockBeats News, December 30th: DeBot's official announcement on the theft incident has been updated. The incident was caused by a data center expansion migration, which led to the leakage of some users' wallet information. The team urgently isolated the affected users' assets, but some users continued to use the previous wallet addresses. On December 27th, hackers successfully exploited the leaked data and started transferring assets, resulting in a total loss of approximately $250,000. Compensation claims have now been fully processed.
