Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Provincial Department of Education, Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and Provincial Radio and Television Bureau recently jointly issued the "Jiangsu Province Metaverse Industry Development Action Plan (2024-2026)". The "Action Plan" proposes that by 2026, the scale of the metaverse industry in Jiangsu will continue to grow, with the goal of breaking through 100 billion yuan, and the average annual growth rate exceeding 20%. The industrial metaverse application level will lead the country and become a highland for the integrated innovation and development of the metaverse industry.
