SEC主席：将根据法院最近的裁决权衡现货比特币ETF申请

美SEC主席Gary Gensler今日在CNBC采访中表示，该机构对现货比特币ETF申请的“新看法”涉及最近的法院裁决。他说：“我们过去曾拒绝过一些此类申请，但哥伦比亚特区法院对此进行了权衡，因此，我们将根据法院的裁决重新审视这一问题。” Gensler 重申了他的观点，即加密行业存在很多不遵守现有证券法的情况。 他说：“加密货币领域存在太多欺诈和不良行为。不仅违反证券法，还违反反洗钱和保护公众免受不良行为者侵害的其他法律。”
