Data released by Blockworks Research shows that despite ETH hitting a new annual high, its mainnet transaction fees have not yet broken through the levels during the rise in early 2023. This could be due to a surge in activity on other chains, with funds possibly flowing into other networks such as Solana and Bitcoin.
