Hong Kong Digital Asset Exchange and Shanghai Technology Exchange signed a strategic cooperation memorandum
On December 28th, Hong Kong digital asset exchange (HKbitEX) signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with the Shanghai Technology Exchange, aiming to strengthen future cooperation in the digital economy field. According to the memorandum, the two sides will jointly explore comprehensive financial solutions for scientific and technological enterprises based on asset tokenization, in order to solve the pain points faced by scientific and technological enterprises in the financing process, including mismatched financing needs and funding supply, difficult valuation, and imperfect investment exit mechanisms.
The Shanghai Technology Exchange is a national-level permanent technology market and national-level technology transfer demonstration institution jointly established by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government; Hong Kong Digital Asset Exchange provides digital asset trading and custody services to global investors.
