History Today: 15 years ago, the first "Bitcoin" tweet appeared on Twitter
Fifteen years ago today, X platform user Hal Finney (@Halfin) posted the first tweet mentioning "Running bitcoin". Fifteen years later, on this day, the Bitcoin spot ETF has been officially approved for listing by the U.S. SEC, allowing investors to trade on Nasdaq, NYSE and Cboe.
