Smart Layer officially stated on social media that all 20,000 Ethereum builders (with ticket proof) who have participated in Devcon 6 Bogotá, EFDevconnect AMSTERDAM, and EDCON 2023 are eligible to receive Smart Pass. Register with the same email address as the ticket to receive Smart Pass and earn additional Smart Layer points.
