Mark Cuban supports Polygon and Injective, stating that the Dallas Mavericks still accept Dogecoin
According to CryptoPotato, Mark Cuban recently held a spontaneous Ask Me Anything (AMA) event on X, answering fans' questions about various topics including cryptocurrencies. When asked about his favorite cryptocurrency projects other than Bitcoin and Ethereum, Mark Cuban mentioned Polygon and Injective, stating, "I have invested in these two projects (DYOR)." Regarding Dogecoin, a user asked if the Dallas Mavericks still accept Dogecoin. Cuban simply replied, "Yes." The Dallas Mavericks NBA team gained widespread attention in 2021 for being one of the first major businesses to accept DOGE as payment. Reflecting on Dogecoin's success, Cuban acknowledged that those who invested when the Mavericks started accepting this cryptocurrency are now seeing returns. When it came to the viral Dogwifhat meme related to Dogecoin, Cuban said, "I haven't thought about it." Unlike many other cryptocurrency enthusiasts, Cuban seems uninterested in Solana Meme coins like Dogwifhat. Discussing non-fungible tokens (NFTs), Cuban emphasized that NFTs are primarily collectibles and should be used or collected rather than speculated upon. Regarding decentralized finance (DeFi), Cuban stressed the need for new practical ideas. Although he has invested in DeFi, he appears dissatisfied with its current state and stated: "I hope so. But it's not heading in that direction."
