In the past week, 13 new wallets have withdrawn 13560 MKR from Binance

According to Spot On Chain monitoring, in the past week, 13 new wallets have withdrawn 13,560 MKR (approximately $47.8 million) from Binance, of which 8875 MKR (approximately $30.8 million) were withdrawn just within the last 12 hours. Additionally, three wallets have made a test withdrawal of 0.0055 MKR and will soon make more withdrawals. All 16 wallets received ETH funds from wallet 0x316 (possibly AnchorageDigital); therefore, they may belong to one entity.
