On the first day of trading, 7400 Bitcoin futures contracts were provided by Brazil's B3 Securities Exchange
PANews reported on April 22, according to Bitcoin.com, the first batch of Bitcoin futures contracts listed on Brazil's B3 Securities Exchange attracted great interest from investors on their first day of listing (April 17). According to a report provided by the futures contract operator, 7,400 Bitcoin futures contracts were traded and the screen order volume for this tool reached a peak of 111,000. Although B3 also has Bitcoin ETF contracts, futures are part of a diversified policy aimed at attracting more investors.
Previously in March news, Brazilian exchange operator B3 (B3SA3.SA) announced on Thursday that it had received approval from the country's securities regulator and planned to launch Bitcoin futures trading on April 17.
