A MEV robot spent 49 ETH in transaction fees for a single transaction
According to Cointelegraph, a MEV robot using the ENS domain "jaredfromsubway.eth" spent 49 ETH in transaction fees, worth about $171,000, in a single transaction tonight.According to Etherscan data, the robot mainly targets on-chain memecoin traders. From February 2023 to June 2024, the robot spent a total of 76,916 ETH, equivalent to $175 million.MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) strategies include gaining an advantage by manipulating the order of transactions, such as sandwich attacks. MEV robots ensure priority processing of transactions by paying high gas fees and tips.
