Nexus Labs releases second generation zkVM
On July 17th, Nexus Labs, a company dedicated to achieving verifiable computation through cryptography and zero-knowledge proofs, announced the release of its second-generation zkVM. The validator frontend was built using the Jolt computation system, and the prover backend was built using the HyperNova recursive proof system. With these integrations, the Nexus SDK can be used to generate multiple proofs in parallel on a large scale.
Previously, Nexus Labs completed a $25 million Series A funding round, led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Pantera Capital. Nexus Labs is committed to building zero-knowledge privacy tools that support technologies such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
