Donald Trump To Charge Bitcoin 2024 Attendees $844,600 For Exclusive Roundtable Fundraiser
Former US President Donald Trump is inviting Bitcoin 2024 Conference attendees to an exclusive crypto roundtable on July 27 at a cost of $844,600 per seat.
That’s according to a report by Bloomberg , which said the roundtable will double up as a private fundraiser.
The attendees will also get an opportunity to take a photo with the Republican Presidential Candidate for $60,000 per individual or $100,000 per couple, according to the report.
The fundraiser is limited to 100 to 150 donors and will be conducted during the Bitcoin 2024 Conference, during which Trump will be a speaker. The donors who secure a position at the fundraiser will get a front-row seat to Trump’s speech at the conference.
Trump’s Crypto Fundraising Efforts
Crypto has become a key area of focus in Trump’s campaign to win the US presidential elections in November.
Trump has made several pro-crypto remarks this year, including calling himself “crypto president.” He also appointed JD Vance, a known Bitcoin holder, as his Vice President.
His efforts appear to be paying off, with top industry leaders voicing their support. According to the Wall Street Journal , the Trump campaign raised $3 million in crypto in the second quarter from around 100 people.
These donations could balloon in the months before the election amid reports that Trump could announce plans for a US Bitcoin strategy reserve next week.
