Odaily News Manhattan U.S. Attorney Alvin Bragg announced criminal charges against an individual for defrauding customers using a fake
cryptocurrency asset recovery business. In a notice on August 1, the New York District Attorneys Office said it had charged Michael Lauchlan with three counts of grand theft and two counts of fraud for stealing funds from Coin Dispute Network users.
