A Manhattan judge has permanently dismissed a lawsuit that accused Elon Musk and his company, Tesla, of using Elon Musk's social media influence and public statements to manipulate the price of Dogcoin (DOGE), CoinDesk reports. The allegations came from a lawsuit filed by investors in 2022.
