Crypto Payments Firm BCB Group Has Received Acquisition Intentions, Sources Say

BCB Group, the payment processor that connects cryptocurrency companies to the banking system, has received an acquisition offer from an investor, three people familiar with the matter said, Coindesk reported.
The offer was initiated by a potential acquirer when the company was exploring a Series B funding round, the people familiar with the matter said. Another person familiar with the matter said the company is not officially for sale and no negotiations have taken place.
