Montenegro Supreme Court expected to rule on Do Kwon this month
On September 13, the Supreme Court of Montenegro is expected to rule on the illegality of Do Kwon's extradition sentence by the end of this month, according to its acting president, Vesna Vučković, who said that the court will decide on the 'request for protection of legality' filed by the Supreme State Prosecutor. The prosecutor argued that the final judgment of the High Court and the Court of Appeals on the extradition of cryptocurrency founder Do Kwon contains a number of violations of the law.
