Capcom announced an Open Beta for the players of PC, Xbox Series X and S, and PS5 next week. This reveal came out during Monster Wilds Showcase with an official trailer.

Players of PlayStation 5 with a PlayStation Plus membership will get the exclusive access period first from October 28th at 8 PM Pacific and 11 PM Eastern and for the UK October 29 at 3 am.
Moving on, the beta will open up for all the platforms on October 31st at the same moment. This includes Steam for PC players, Xbox Game Pass, or those and players without PlayStation Plus. It will be available until November 3 at 7pm Pacific and 10pm Eastern and for UK on November 4 at 2am.
