As a result, Arbitrum has seen net inflows of $2.4 billion, Optimism $2.2 billion, and Base $1.6 billion so far this year. In addition, Solana has seen $2.36 billion in inflows from Ether L1 so far this year, of which more than $1 billion has flowed back into the Ether ecosystem (42%).
