Paxos acquires Finnish electronic money institution Membrane Finance
Golden Finance reported that Paxos, a blockchain and tokenization infrastructure platform, has announced its agreement to acquire Membrane Finance, a licensed electronic currency institution in Finland. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval, and upon completion, Paxos will obtain electronic currency institution (EMI) licenses in Finland and the European Union.
