According to Cointelegraph, Tornado Cash co-founder Roman Storm has asked the judge to dismiss criminal charges against him. Previously, the appellate court ruled that the U.S. Treasury Department's sanctions against this cryptocurrency mixer were illegal, considering that the Treasury Department had "overstepped its authority" in this case.
