On December 23, Richard Shueler, the founder of Hex, Pulsechain and Pulsex, was listed on the Finnish wanted list by Europol for fraud. It is alleged that he failed to submit corporate tax returns and provide income information. In addition, he also faces charges of assaulting a minor.
