Grayscale, a giant company that offers investment products to investors for many altcoins, has taken action for a new altcoin.
At this point, Grayscale has filed Form 8-K for Grayscale Horizen Trust (ZEN) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
This form, submitted by Grayscale, which announced last week that it had opened a fund called Horizen Trust to qualified investors who met the conditions, reveals that the ZEN fund issued 3,565,200 shares exclusively to certain “qualified investors”, representing approximately 304,034 ZEN tokens.
After Grayscale's Horizen (ZEN) move, the price increased by 164 percent in the last week, and after the last filing with the SEC, it increased by 33 percent.
