Several whale addresses have purchased millions of dollars worth of PEPE tokens

According to Spot On Chain monitoring, whales are hoarding a large amount of PEPE tokens:
1. Whale "0x8f5" withdrew 280 billion PEPE (worth 5 million USD) from CEX 4 hours ago, and accumulated 47.4 million JASMY (worth 1.54 million USD) a day ago.
2. About 30 minutes ago, whale "0xb1a" spent $3.72 million USDC to purchase 200.4 billion PEPE; this account had previously lost $1.45 million due to PEPE.
