OpenSea platform traded about $190 million in January, down sharply from its peak in early 2021
The OpenSea Foundation today announced the launch of the SEA token, but did not reveal details or a date for the airdrop. According to Dune Analytics, the OpenSea platform has annual revenues of about $33 million, and NFT transaction volume was about $190 million last month, which has dropped significantly from its $5 billion peak in early 2021.
