zkLend: Will formulate a fair and appropriate compensation plan
The Starknet on-chain lending protocol zkLend released a post-incident analysis of a security event on the X platform, pointing out that zkLend was attacked starting from February 11th, resulting in approximately $9.6 million in financial losses. In addition, zkLend stated:
1. Before considering restarting the protocol, the security team and auditors will deploy security patches and conduct thorough reviews.
2. They will continue to cooperate with zeroShadow to track further fund flows.
3. Regular updates will be provided to the community transparently, informing them about progress and measures taken to protect user funds.
4. Subsequently, they will collect suggestions and feedback from the community to develop a fair and appropriate compensation plan.
