Blockchain.com recruits former Goldman Sachs and Point72 executives to accelerate IPO sprint
Blockchain.com has appointed former Goldman Sachs crypto investment bank head Justin Evans as Chief Financial Officer, and former Point72 Asset Management company investment manager Mike Wilcox as Chief Operating Officer. The latter also previously served as CFO of Velocity Global. The company plans to expand its workforce by 50% to further advance its IPO plan. Evans stated that Blockchain.com is taking necessary steps to prepare for listing.
