Sports betting company DraftKings and its users have reached a $10 million settlement agreement on the NFT lawsuit
According to Bloomberg Law, sports betting company Draftkings has agreed to a $10 million settlement with its users to resolve a class-action lawsuit over false advertising and fraudulent practices in its NFT market. The proposed settlement funds will be distributed to users who purchased, held or sold DraftKings NFTs from August 11, 2021 until the judgment was made.
