The market maker Myshell has withdrawn 18.45 million SHELL from CEX, approximately 5.43 million USD

According to monitoring by @ai_9684xtpa, the previous multiple "hoarding of new SHELL addresses" were for market maker repurchase addresses. The Myshell project team previously announced that they will use 8 million USDT to repurchase SHELL and complete the buyback within 90 days. Since March 13th, this address has accumulated a withdrawal of approximately 18.45 million SHELL from CEX, equivalent to about $5.43 million USD, which means it has completed 68% of the buyback progress.
