Immutable zkEVM and DogLibre Join Hands in Dog Rescue Efforts
This partnership will produce the first AI-integrated metaverse experience for dog welfare, DOGL-LIFE.
DogLibre has announced a partnership with the major Web3 gaming platform Immutable , saying they aim to transform dog welfare and Web3 gaming.
According to the press release, this collaboration will help the team’s goal of integrating blockchain technology with real-world applications.
More specifically, DogLibre aims to connect blockchain gaming, dog rescue efforts, and AI-driven transparency, it says. This way, the initiative’s impact would spread beyond the digital space.
This partnership will produce the first AI-integrated metaverse experience for dog welfare, called DOGL-LIFE. This will enable users to explore a virtual rescue center via interactive elements.
Notably, the experience is powered by AI, as well as dynamic non-fungible tokens ( NFTs ) that update with real rescue dog data and in real time.
Furthermore, the partnership will allow more people to participate in dog welfare and will boost the DogLibre community engagement.
Per the announcement, “Immutable’s high-performance infrastructure will provide the backbone for DogLibre’s expanding gaming and dog welfare ecosystem.”
More specifically, Immutable zkEVM – a gaming chain built on Ethereum – will provide scalability and transactions with zero gas fees, carbon-neutral blockchain gaming, and transparency.
These features will enable mass adoption and strengthen ethical responsibility. Notably “every rescue, adoption, and contribution is verifiable on-chain,” said the team.
With all this in mind, DogLibre claims to be more than just a blockchain project. Instead, it works to leverage the technology to improve lives and boost engagement both in the dog welfare and gaming ecosystems. The partnership with Immutable will help reach these goals, the team says.
‘The True Potential of Blockchain Gaming’
Speaking more about gaming , DogLibre notes that this aspect is key in its Web3 expansion. Immutable zkEVM now provides the infrastructure for DOGL-DASH, a Telegram mini-game that increases ecosystem engagement.
Moreover, the project is readying its upcoming DOGL-LIFE metaverse experience, which will include play-to-earn mini-games and training experiences. This, DogLibre says, will create new ways to support its mission.
According to Declan McCrea-Steele, Global Head of Business at Immutable, by merging DogLibre’s vision with Immutable’s technology, the teams will be able to unlock new possibilities in the gaming sphere, “giving players around the world access to the true potential of blockchain gaming.”
Additionally, the partnership will boost DogLibre’s position, placing it as the first Web3 ecosystem to transform dog welfare at scale, the announcement claims.
It adds that “while many projects focus on single aspects like gaming or social good, DogLibre is pioneering an entirely new category—where gaming, AI, and blockchain intersect to create real-world change.”
That said, as the collaboration evolves, the team will search for new ways to contribute to the broader transformation of blockchain applications in meaningful ways, it concludes.
