The U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons has announced that Sam Bankman-Fried has been transferred to a transit prison in Oklahoma City. This move was due to his unauthorized remote video interview with Tucker Carlson at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn earlier this month. SBF was moved to the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, where he will begin serving the remainder of his fraud sentence in a permanent prison. His release date is set for November 17, 2044.
