XRP forecasted to reach $43.94 by 2030 amid market shifts
XRP (CRYPTO:XRP) has remained a focal point in cryptocurrency discussions, with analysts predicting significant growth in its market value.
Following its historical surge from $0.5 to over $3, XRP is showing resilience despite broader market fluctuations.
Crypto analyst Axel Rodd has reignited speculation about XRP potentially overtaking Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) in market capitalisation during this bull cycle.
He cites Bitcoin's dominance declining from 63% to 15% as a "violent shift" in market structure, signaling the onset of an altcoin season.
Rodd predicts that XRP could achieve fresh all-time highs and possibly surpass Bitcoin’s market cap by September, supported by macroeconomic and geopolitical catalysts.
Among these catalysts, Rodd highlights speculation surrounding Donald Trump’s potential second presidency and Europe’s zero-tariff stance as factors that could destabilise traditional markets and elevate alternative assets like XRP.
He also notes the growing influence of Tether (CRYPTO:USDT), which could play a pivotal role in reshaping the cryptocurrency landscape.
If XRP were to flip Bitcoin, its current market cap of $106.46 billion would need to grow by over 1,300%, exceeding Bitcoin's $1.53 trillion valuation.
Analysts suggest this shift could be fueled by increased institutional adoption and broader acceptance of cryptocurrencies for payments.
Market forecasts for XRP remain optimistic.
By the end of 2025, projections estimate its price at $2.06, with potential highs reaching $4.27 by 2026.
Long-term predictions see XRP climbing as high as $43.94 by 2030 as global crypto regulations stabilise and adoption accelerates.
Despite these bullish forecasts, XRP faces challenges from regulatory scrutiny and competition within the altcoin sector.
However, its consistent presence among the top cryptocurrencies indicates strong underlying momentum.
At the time of reporting, the XRP (XRP) price was $2.01.
