according to Lookonchain monitoring, two wallets that had been dormant for 949 days have just become active again - about 7 hours ago, they spent 12.37 million DAI to purchase 7738 ETH at an average price of $1599 per coin. One of the wallets has already deposited some ETH into Tornado Cash.
