El Salvador’s National Digital Asset Commission Submits Cross-Border Regulatory Sandbox Cooperation Proposal to the U.S. SEC
according to the official meeting records released by the U.S. SEC on April 22nd, Perkin Law Firm, the Salvadoran National Digital Assets Commission (CNAD), and former Goldman Sachs partner Heather Shemilt submitted a proposal for cross-border regulatory sandbox cooperation to the SEC, aimed at promoting regulatory innovation in the digital asset field. The proposal provides the SEC with an opportunity to collaborate with international regulatory agencies to support the development and optimization of the U.S. digital asset regulatory framework with actual data.
