TON to Officially Shut Down Toncoin Bridge on May 10, 2025
TON has announced that it will officially shut down the Toncoin Bridge, which has been in operation for nearly four years, on May 10, 2025. After this date, users will no longer be able to transfer Toncoin from TON to Ethereum or the BNB Smart Chain through this bridge. However, previously transferred cross-chain assets can still be claimed. The bridging functionality for moving Toncoin to TON will temporarily remain and a termination date will be announced separately in the future.
