Bitlayer announces BitVM Bridge access to Monad testnet, unlocking new experience for BitVM landing products
On April 29th, based on the BitVM technology of the Bitcoin ecosystem, the project Bitlayer announced that the BitVM Bridge has been connected to the Monad test network, allowing users to experience cross-ecosystem BTC bridging in a trust-minimized manner.
Monad is an emerging high-performance Layer 1, with the total active users on the network exceeding 9.8 million, and the number of independent wallets exceeding 69 million. After this integration is completed, the ecological users of Monad in the tens of millions will have the opportunity to directly experience the first landing application based on BitVM, BitVM Bridge, bridging vBTC on the BitVM Bridge test network (BitVMNet) to the Monad Testnet, minting the corresponding YBTC, and exploring the financial possibilities of YBTC in the Monad ecosystem. At the same time, BitVM Bridge now supports bridging YBTC back to BitVMNet, welcoming users to log in and experience.
