French jewelry brand Messika supports crypto payments worldwide
according to Bitcoin.com, the French jewelry brand Messika announced the opening of global stores and official website for cryptocurrency payments, supporting BTC, ETH, USDT, and SOL. Through cooperation with the payment service provider Lunu, the system will settle in fiat currency in real time at preferential exchange rates. Customers only need to scan the QR code to complete the payment, with no additional fees throughout the process.
Messika has become another luxury brand embracing cryptocurrency payments after Farfetch and Off-White. Its CFO, Nicolas Zanelli, stated that this solution covers all offline boutiques and e-commerce platforms. The founder of Lunu pointed out that this move aims to meet the payment needs of high-net-worth tech-savvy individuals, with the penetration rate of cryptocurrency payments in the luxury goods sector growing at an annual rate of 47%.
