Putin: No special military action has been prepared to seek a peaceful solution to the Donbass issue
Russian President Putin said in the documentary "Russia, Kremlin, Putin, 25 Years" featuring Said Medvedev and Pavel Zarubin on the "Russia 1" TV channel: "We did not specifically prepare for special military operations in Ukraine, but sought to resolve the Donbass issue through peaceful means. However, the facts show that the other side has different ideas and takes different actions."
