Musk's lawyer: Musk will continue to sue OpenAI
Musk's lawyer said that despite OpenAI's announcement of non-profit control, Musk will continue to sue it. Earlier reports, according to official announcements, OpenAI announced a structural adjustment, abandoning the previous plan to reorganize as a for-profit company, and will continue to be controlled by a non-profit organization, with its for-profit entity transitioning to a public benefit corporation (PBC).
