Zerebro's "deceased" founder Jeffy Yu is still selling tokens
PANews reported on May 6 that, according to Protos, the address of Zerebro co-founder Jeffy Yu remains active and is transferring large amounts of cryptocurrency after rumors of his alleged suicide. X user and cryptocurrency commentator @RepeatAfterVee revealed that the address (G5sjgjPdFdoz7hRa49yDobeSdqMooCmDwsCUERqLTfyr) is still "selling ZEREBRO" and subsequently transferring USDC to a CEX exchange, with the funds later flowing to another address owned and created by Jeffy, which has the LLJeffy token.
The authenticity of the website that seemingly confirmed his death is in question, as the paid publication site has a Trustpilot rating of only 1.3 stars. Cryptocurrency detective dethective and other X users doubt the authenticity of his death, suggesting that "faking death" might be a strategy to escape a scam.
