reported by Bitcoin Magazine, Texas Senate Bill SB 21 will have its second reading in the state House of Representatives today (May 20). The bill, introduced by Senator Schwertner and others, with Representative Capriglione as the House sponsor, aims to establish and manage the "Texas Strategic Bitcoin Reserve". The core content of the bill includes investing in cryptocurrency and authorizing the state auditor to invest in this reserve and other specific state funds.
