SlowMist CISO: Cork Protocol Attack May Be Due to Exchange Rate Manipulation Vulnerability
SlowMist Technology's Chief Information Security Officer 23pds tweeted that regarding the Cork Protocol attack resulting in a loss of 12 million USD, the SlowMist security team has conducted a preliminary analysis of the attack's cause: it is suspected that the exchange rate can be externally controlled, leading to a price manipulation vulnerability.
