Meteora to Charge Fees for Large-Scale Sniping Trades

Meteora has announced an upgrade to its Automated Streamed System (A.S.S), introducing a new mechanism called the "Rate Limiter." Once this feature goes live, large buy orders will be subject to a sniper tax during the initial token launch phase, while small buy orders will be exempt from this tax.
