Tech Firm BD Multimedia Raises €1 Million, Invests Entire Amount in Bitcoin

French fintech company BD Multimedia has announced the successful raising of €1 million through the issuance of convertible bonds (OCA), launching its "BTC Treasury Company" strategy. The company plans to invest all the funds in Bitcoin, with a conversion price set at €12, representing a 48.1% premium over the market price. This strategy aims to keep the dilution rate below 1% and complies with the ACPR and PSAN regulatory frameworks.
