BREAKING: Everything Blockchain Bets $10M on SOL, XRP, SUI, TAO, HYPE Ahead of Wall Street
Everything Blockchain Inc. (OTC: EBZT) is diving headfirst into digital assets by putting $10 million into five fast-growing networks: Solana (SOL), XRP, Sui (SUI), Bittensor (TAO), and Hyperliquid (HYPE).
Their goal is simple yet bold: to be the first U.S. public company with a mixed crypto treasury that actually earns yield, targeting blockchains ready for big investors. By getting in now, EBZT aims to stay a step ahead as traditional finance starts to embrace crypto.
What really stands out is not just which tokens they’ve chosen, but the timing and setup of their plan. EBZT is positioning itself to front-run Wall Street.
The company plans to stake its holdings across these five networks, projecting an estimated $1 million in annual rewards once fully deployed. A significant portion of those earnings, the company says, may be returned to investors in the form of dividends.
“While Bitcoin grabbed headlines, the real money is flowing into the blockchain networks powering tomorrow’s financial infrastructure,” said Arthur Rozenberg, CEO of Everything Blockchain. “EBZT shareholders are getting front-row seats to the biggest institutional crypto shift since Bitcoin ETFs launched but this time, we’re there first.”
Staking, once a niche DeFi tool, has become a $36 billion annual opportunity, according to data from Messari. But it’s largely untouched by publicly traded companies. EBZT sees that as a window of opportunity, and one they don’t plan to waste. The firm is also pursuing a potential Nasdaq uplisting to tap into deeper institutional capital pools.
Unlike other players such as SolStrategies or Janover, which have raised significant funds for single-token exposure, EBZT offers diversified access. The company’s small float gives retail investors early exposure before large institutions pile in.
If successful, EBZT could become the first public equity offering shareholders direct yield from a multi-asset crypto treasury, bridging the gap between traditional markets and emerging blockchain infrastructure.
